Cos'è un MSP?
Un MSP (Managed Service Provider) si assume la responsabilità continua del tuo IT: monitoraggio 24/7, helpdesk, patching, backup e sicurezza, di norma all'interno di un AMC mensile. A differenza dell'assistenza a chiamata, un MSP è pagato per prevenire i fermi, non per aspettarli.

Cos'è un AMC IT?
Un AMC IT è un contratto annuale (o annuale con fatturazione mensile) che riunisce supporto remoto, tecnici on-site, patching, antivirus e monitoraggio in un unico canone prevedibile. Negli Emirati è così che la maggior parte delle PMI sostituisce i fornitori occasionali a chiamata.

Cos'è il VAPT?
VAPT is a two-part security exercise: first find and score weaknesses (assessment), then safely exploit them as an attacker would (penetration test). Dubai businesses use VAPT before go-lives, after major changes, and to satisfy NCA, customer and cyber-insurance questionnaires.

Cos'è l'MDM?
MDM lets IT enrol company (and optionally BYOD) devices, push Wi-Fi and email profiles, enforce PIN/biometrics, install apps and remotely lock or wipe a lost handset. In the UAE this is how you keep client data off personal iPhones.

Cos'è il DLP?
DLP watches channels (email, web, USB, Teams, printers) and blocks or encrypts content that matches rules — Emirates ID, credit cards, matter names, patient IDs. Combined with labels in Microsoft 365 it is the workhorse of UAE PDPL and DIFC programmes.
