Server cabinet has front/rear doors, side panels and four adjustable vertical mounting rails. It generally refers to 'enclosed rack'. Since the doors and side panels can be locked, enclosed racks provide physical equipment security at the rack level. Despite the benefits, they also pose challenges — particularly in cooling, so a data center server rack cabinet will require some kind of venting for air cooling.
Rack a parete
Wall mount rack is designed to be attached to the wall, in order to save floor space and fit in areas where other racks can't. It is generally in open frame or cabinet style, and mainly used for housing network equipment like fiber patch panels and switches. It is smaller than other rack cabinets, so can't support much weight and does not offer the same security as a full enclosed data center server rack. If you run a small or home-based office or are looking to add an additional rack to an existing system, wall mount racks are an affordable option.

This type of intelligent rack PDU has the same features as the metered outlet PDU, while simultaneously providing the control needed to power on/off switches to specific outlets. This increases remote capabilities by allowing authorized users to securely power devices on/off, create power sequencing delays that minimize inrush current risk, reduce unauthorized access risk, and cut costs and environmental footprint by powering off unused devices.

This type of intelligent rack PDU successfully combines all the capabilities of switched PDUs, metered outlet PDUs, and metered input PDUs. It is the most robust type of intelligent rack PDU and can be used to help data centers effectively reduce costs and maximize energy efficiencies across devices.
