As the organisation's workforce and device count grew, the IT team lost control of the basics: what was enrolled, which policies applied, and whether every device was compliant.

We implemented Hexnode UEM as a single management plane — enrolling company devices, applying security policies and restrictions, and giving administrators central monitoring.
