I am Muhammad Ali providing ongoing IT support to our. clients, including setting up and supporting employee devices, setting up and providing support for user accounts, supporting corporate IT equipment such as networking and meeting room equipment, and working to automate and improve business processes as much as possible through the effective use of IT.

1. Provide day-to-day support for end users and their Windows/Mac computers and applications
2. Complete day-to-day setup and maintenance of the company’s Active Directory, as well as ongoing maintenance and monitoring of core networking equipment and devices
3. Help onboard new employees in the use of the necessary IT systems
4. Work with the MIS team and other business units to automate internal company processes and tools
5. Produce documentation, detailing IT processes and effective use of IT systems
